Fun Summer Days!

So the day started by taking our kids fishing for the very first time

at some little pond Travis found...they absolutely loved it!

Unfortunately we weren't able to catch any fish for dinner but the fun the

kids had was worth more than any fish you could imagine!!!

We will for sure be going fishing again sometime very soon!

THEN...

Later on in the evening we were playing outside and heard some chirping...

so after looking for a bit Trav and the kids found

a little tiny baby bird by the bushes in our backyard!

It was so tiny and oh so cute, but we had no idea where it came from.

I called a couple different places and found out that

animal rescue is closed on the weekends so we decided to

find a bucket and put some blankets

and a little bit of water in it and take care of it for the night so

right now it's in our downstairs bathroom...

and I don't hear any chirps so I assume

Tweetie Bird (that's what the kids named it) is sleeping.

It was so cute though the bird kept trying to crawl up Alyssa's shirt and

into Jordan's pants, then when I came back outside with the bucket

Tweetie Bird was fast asleep under Alyssa's pant leg.

It's sad that the baby lost it's mommy, but it was also the

neatest way to end our night!

So tomorrow morning I am calling animal rescue to come

get Tweetie Bird since I have no clue how to take care of such a

small bird and I'm sure Tweetie will be treated great by animal rescue!

Aren't baby birds so adorable!?!

It's the moment you realize they are no longer a baby,

but a little person who amazes you every single day!

I couldn't help but to shed a tear while I watched my

daughter walk into the school doors for the very first time!

She is such a smart, sweet, wonderful girl that I am blessed

to have in my life every single day!

It's been so great having Tyler come stay at our house for a few days!

Jordan and Alyssa have had a blast having him here.

They kept him busy playing anything and everything

they could think of all day and night!

We will diffidently have to him come stay with us more often!

What a Day!

Man what a day! Travis was gone all day, the kids were being wild and now it's 10pm and he starts rough housing with them...I need a vacation! Don't get me wrong, I love them all to death, but i'm just having a stressful day! Oh and I could'nt sleep last night and I got some sweet pictures of the sun rising so that was cool but that's also probably the reason i'm having a not so great day. Well guess I better go be the meanie and make everyone settle down, should be interesting! Well TaTa For Now....Luvs & Hugs!

Dinner Time

I have such a great husband he cooked us dinner tonight...I have been on the computer tryin to play with this blog...what a great guy!!!OH and WOW my kids who are always saying they hate speghetti ate 3 bowls each tonight I am in shock!!! I guess a little parmesean cheese helped a bit or maybe it was just daddy's special cooking hehehe...Luv ya all!

Ok my cuz is way smarter than me with this...I need help!

Well today has been a pretty quiet day...I'm tryin to learn how to do this blog thing so all my family can read up on my kids. My little brother Tyler has been staying with us for a couple night so the kids have had a lot of fun! Well I guess I will get back to this later...dinner time! Love you all!!!
